Yes, regularly. We build exhibition stands across Europe – for companies from China, Korea, Germany, the Czech Republic, and many others. We run the entire process remotely: design approval, production in Poland, and transport + on-site assembly. If you’d like to talk in English – no problem. If needed, we can also arrange a translator for specific conversations.

The standard time is 4-6 weeks from brief to assembly. This includes: design review and approval (1 week), production (2-3 weeks), and transport and assembly (1 week). For smaller projects or modular elements, we can get it down to 3 weeks. Tight deadline? Message us – we’ll see what we can do.

No. A quote is always free and non-binding – whatever the scale of the project. Just a short description of what you need (ideally a photo, sketch, or brief) is enough for us to prepare an accurate estimate. The first contact is non-binding too – you can ask about an estimated cost before committing to anything.

Yes, always. For every project – whether a stand, wrapping, or 3D letters – you first receive a visualisation for approval. We don’t produce anything until you confirm the final version. You can request changes, adjust colours and layout – that’s a standard part of the process. Everything happens remotely, so you don’t need to visit us to approve the design.

Typically: a 50% deposit on signing the contract (which starts production), and the remaining 50% after completion. For larger projects or international clients, we arrange it individually – we can split it into 3 instalments or match it to your payment schedule. We issue VAT invoices and accept bank transfers (in PLN, EUR, or USD on request).

In general, yes, though we handle this individually depending on the client. For every project beyond small orders (e.g. business cards, leaflets), we sign a contract defining the scope of work, deadlines, costs, and payment terms. This protects both sides. For international orders, contracts are in both Polish and English. We can send a contract template on request, even before you confirm cooperation.

Yes, we added facade cleaning as a natural extension of our work – with clients in mind for whom we already do shop window wrapping, petrol station branding, or advertising on facades. We’ve invested in new rotating-brush cleaning technology (no high pressure, no streaks). We clean building facades, solar panels, glass surfaces, and petrol stations.
